Monday Motivation!

Demanding More Of Yourself

In order to reach your maximum potential with anything in life, you need to constantly "push the limits" of whatever it is you are currently doing. If you don't demand more of yourself every single day you become content with where you are. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being content, as long as you aren't expecting to grow from that point.

No growth occurs without demanding more of yourself. Once you get in the habit of constantly "pushing the limits", you will realize that there actually aren't any limits. The only limits in life are the ones you set on yourself. You can achieve anything you set your mind to as long as you are willing to put in the work necessary to achieve it.

If you were in the gym and you weren't happy with your current progress you would need to push through your comfort zone and demand more of yourself in order to see a change. The same goes for any scenario in life. You aren't happy with your current position at your job? Demand more of yourself and work harder to show your boss you deserve a promotion. That doesn't work? Keep working harder and add more value to yourself. By adding more value to yourself, you are creating leverage against your company with your skill set. When you have that type of leverage it will put you in the position of control by giving your company to option of either paying you more/promoting you, or risk losing you to a company that will.

Start demanding more of yourself every single day! Set some goals, demolish those goals and then set even bigger goals!

MAKE THIS WEEK UNBREAKABLE!

The Mindset & The Lifestyle

The Mindset & The Lifestyle

By definition, "unbreakable" is impossible to break; able to withstand rough usage.
The Unbreakable Mindset is accomplishing anything you set your mind to while being able to withstand any challenge life throws your way. You may not get there overnight, but if you wake up every day ready to attack the process, you will accomplish whatever goal or goals you have set for yourself. Limits do not exist. The only limitations in life are the ones you set on yourself. Possibilities and success are both limitless. You must be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the life you want.
The gym and training relates to life in more ways than most would think. Not only does it make us stronger both physically and mentally, it teaches us discipline. The iron doesn’t lie. Just like in life, in the gym there are no short cuts for long term success. The only way is through hard work and dedication. The ultimate competition is you vs. yourself. Nobody is going to do the work for you. Everything is in your control. You want to skip a day, you want to slack off or eat unhealthy, the results will be directly proportionate to your choices.
In training we push ourselves to the absolute max, and then push some more. We get to that dark place in our minds and we learn to thrive in that darkness. That is what makes the Unbreakable Mindset, by taking that mental toughness one step further by applying it to life outside of the gym. It allows us to get through all of life’s hardships and issues unscarred, by overcoming and destroying any challenge in your path that is preventing you from going where you want to go, or doing what you want to do.
We live a life of no excuses.
We have no limits.
We are UNBREAKABLE.
